Steve Haase

Steve Haase is the CEO and co-founder of Think Global Holdings. His key responsibilities include growth and leadership advisory, strategy, business development, client management, international and domestic community building and various community strengthening organizations.  Steve also is co-owner and leader of a Denver based tech services business.

Steve is a relentless entrepreneur driven by performance and impact. He has built seven businesses with his partners and over his twenty-five plus years, he has created a proprietary approach to organizational scale that is at the center of Think Global’s work.  Launching his entrepreneurial journey in 1994, Steve has served in leadership, board, advisory and investor roles across several industries including e-commerce, software, retail, manufacturing, fashion, health, construction, professional services, fin-tech, ed-tech, SaaS  and travel to name a few.

As co-founder of Think Global Holdings, Steve’s focus is on a human-centered approach to growth and scale that builds enterprise value. Having worked with hundreds of businesses around the world, Think Global has enjoyed partnerships with the United States Embassy Port-au-Prince, OPEN Karachi, World Vision Port-au-Prince, The Women’s Digital League (Pakistan), Denver University, Arizona State University, and the Refugee Center of Las Vegas (ECDC).

Steve was invited to create and teach a course for women entrepreneurs at Arizona State University. Prior to that, Steve was invited by World Vision Haiti and the US State Department to teach entrepreneurship to aspiring entrepreneurs in Haiti. He has also had the privilege to serve as a keynote speaker at events such as, Women Who StartUp, Denver Startup Week, Phoenix Startup Week, One Million Cups and the Zappos Diversity Program.

Steve is a 1997 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing. Originally from Milwaukee, he now resides between Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife Amy and their daughter Valentina. He is a big brother to Trey and Kevin from  Big Brothers & Big Sisters for the past 20 years and a godfather to many in Haiti. Steve’s philanthropic focus continues to be on women entrepreneurs, health-tech, fin-tech startups in emerging economies and children’s educational initiatives.
